Project Summary:

Complete architectural services for additions to and the renovation of a 42,691 square foot elementary school. This project consisted of the addition of a cafeteria and gymnasium to a 1965 open classroom elementary school as well as thorough renovation of the existing building. Efficient space planning of the present facilities to meet the current needs of the faculty, staff and students included special modifications to classrooms with the addition of permanent partition walls for noise abatement, re-design of the centrally located library/media center, emphasis on efficient circulation corridors and overall efficiency of spatial elationships. Complete building systems upgrade to meet current code requirements. ADA compliance and materials replacement and upgrade were also key elements of the project.
