Project Summary:

1601 Pearl Street is a two story building with a restaurant on the entry and lower level and flexible single or multi-tenant leasing for second level (three floor levels). The design is inspired by the limestone and marble retail and office buildings of New York. The detailed reliefs of the facade create human scale and stone carved character. 1601 Pearl Street is directly on the property line, drawing patrons to the first floor restaurant. The ground level window system can open to allow outdoor air to flow into the interior. Second level balconies were created to provide outdoor amenities to the second level occupants.
