Project Summary:

The parking structure at 1434 Spruce accommodates 322 parking spaces in only 20,000 square feet. The first and second floors also have 14,800 square feet of office/retail space. By using two different brick colors and other elements, the building is designed to continue the rhythm and scale of the surrounding neighborhood.
