Feasibility study for preservation/renovation of 11,700 square feet, including restoration of the original reading room ceiling. Analyze the potential for restoration of the Savage Library to its original condition and appearance. Review the goals and needs of the users, the Temple Buell Foundation and the State Historic Preservation office. Create conceptual design drawings and an estimate of probable construction cost. Create a bound document for presentation of the study and ultimately for use in fund-raising for the preservation project.
