Project Summary:

Complete architectural services, including space planning for municipal library facility. Renovation of a two-story, 13,000 square foot office building in order to house the City of Louisville library facilities in combination with a 13,000 square foot site adjacent to the office building. Phase I construction involved the renovation of approximately 9,000 square feet and the addition of an elevator. Phase II included the enovation of an additional 4,000 square feet that was previously occupied by retail tenants. Project included opening the floor for an atrium, structural modification of the second floor for stack-loading and the addition of an elevator to ease handicapped accessibility.
