Complete architectural services including programming, feasibility study and schematic design services, probably construction cost and phasing analysis. Project commissioned in association with Molzen-Corbin & Associates, Los Alamos. Feasibility study, programming and design services for the addition or new construction of approximately 60,000 square feet of new laboratory, “state-of-the-art” library, teleconferencing and conference center, plus a parking structure.
