Project Summary:

Complete programming, master planning and schematic design services for building new library facility adjacent to original historic library. Project includes the renovation of the existing 1922 structure and removal of all recent additions, and remodel for use as meeting facilities, gallery spaces and community functions. New construction would include a 10,000 – 12,000 square foot, two-story library building and the master planning of a community outdoor area between the two buildings.
