Project Summary:

Complete architectural services for development and renovation of downtown retail and office space totaling 60,000 square feet. As building landlord’s architect, responsible for tenant finish and review/approval of all tenant improvements. Restoration/renovation/adaptive reuse of twelve buildings including historic Ruibal’s building and Johnson Hotel in downtown Laramie, Wyoming. Project includes parking, retail and first class office space. The Ruibal’s building and Johnson Hotel are on the National Register of Historic Places, and all modifications are in compliance with Secretary of the Interior Guidelines.
