Complete architectural services, including space planning and interior design for office suites. Integrated adaptive re-use (37,000 square feet) of a factory, built in 1880, a new ten-story office (59,000 square feet) and a parking garage (47,250 square feet). Brick detailing, sensitive to the original building, was utilized to unite the new office tower with the historic warehouse structure. Materials and building proportions are responsive to the context of the original lower downtown warehouse district. The original building is on the National Register of Historic Places, and all modifications were in compliance with Secretary of the Interior guidelines and related tax credits.
