Loveland Civic Center and Municipal Complex

Project Summary:

Master planning and complete architectural services including: feasibility study, architectural programming, design and contract administration. Planning for development of a municipal campus including library, recreation center, senior citizen’s center and municipal building on a 17-acre site, creation of a man-made lake, outdoor amphitheater, municipal courtroom and extensive urban development and landscaping. The historical Washington School building (25,000 square feet) was renovated and incorporated into the municipal building complex by linking it with an enclosed walkway to the new 20,000 square foot building. complementary masonry materials and concrete roofing tiles were selected to unify the new construction and existing building. These materials were selected for use on all new buildings in the municipal campus.
