In-depth analysis of existing building conditions and architectural evaluation of modifications for ADA compliance to eight buildings on the capitol complex facilities campus, Denver, Colorado. Key issues involved with all buildings included complex mechanical/electrical upgrade, re-design of existing interior spaces to effectively accommodate the physically challenged population, removal of existing physical barriers, elevator installation and structural modifications to accommodate integral design solutions.
